
Philippine construction collapse toll hits 4, over dozen missing
At least four people were killed and 17 are missing after a nine-story building under construction collapsed in Angeles City, Philippines. The cause of the accident is unknown, but the site had previously been temporarily suspended for violations of occupational safety standards. The death toll could rise as many workers had gone home for the weekend.
