LTO Summons Van Driver in Road Rage, Gun-Branding Incident; License Suspended

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has summoned a van driver and suspended his license for 90 days following a viral incident of dangerous driving and gun-brandishing. The vehicle has also been placed on alarm status.
