30 Youths Arrested in Phnom Penh Suburb for Reckless Motorcycling and Illegal Modifications
Authorities in Phnom Penh's Chroy Changvar district apprehended 30 youths for gathering to engage in reckless motorcycling and illegal bike modifications. Twenty-four motorcycles were seized. The youths received warnings and educational guidance.
