These records, part of corporate information registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), are being made public as part of efforts to ensure transparency and accountability in school construction projects. The PCIJ has presented a list of specific contractors after redacting personal information and signatures from the publicly available documents. This list includes companies such as A.C. Rivero Development Corporation, Alpha & Omega Gen. Contractor & Development, ASDC 88 Builders Corporation, C.T. Leoncio Construction & Trading, Cagalawan Enterprises, Diadema Construction and Enterprises Inc., FFJJ Construction, Genetian Builders and Enterprises Inc., Hexamindz Corporation, Hi-Tone Construction and Development Corp., J.E. Tico Construction Inc., KLDS Trading & Construction, Legacy Construction Corporation, Muntopar Builders Corp., Newbig Four J Construction Inc., Rudhil Construction & Enterprises Inc., St. Timothy Construction Corp., Sto. Cristo Construction and Trading Inc., and Supreme ABF Const. & Const. Supply Company Inc. However, the PCIJ points out that records of some top school infrastructure contractors are not readily available on the SEC website.
