プノンペンの何百人もの学生が何週間もかけて近所のプラスチックごみを記録し、KOICAが支援するこの取り組みでカメラを環境擁護活動のツールに変え、主催者は学校や地域社会に永続的な行動変容を促すことを期待している。 韓国国際協力機構(KOICA)カンボジア事務所、カンボジア・韓国同窓会(CAMKAA)、プノンペン環境局が共催したこの青少年主導の取り組みは、6月26日にチア・シム・サマキ高校で行われた写真展と授賞式で最高潮に達した。
