The warship had been attacked for the first time on the night of September 13th, near Suput Kone, south of Bhamo, while returning under the cover of darkness. It suffered engine failure and drifted. Subsequently, around 7 AM today, it was attacked again near Nat Myet Na Taung, resulting in the warship being directly hit, catching fire, and sinking. "It appears they sent officers who were waiting for promotion back on the returning ships instead of flying them in. They will be attacked even if they reach the shore," a Kachin source told the Ayeyarwaddy Times. On board the sunken warship were the Deputy Commander of the 21st Operations Command (SKK-21), the commander of Infantry Battalion 320, and a G2 officer. When the warship sank, they, along with other troops, had to flee to the shore using lifeboats. Currently, the allied revolutionary forces are pursuing and clearing them. It is known that the SAC military's convoy had already lost three ships and one caught fire yesterday, and with the addition of the one that sank today, a total of no less than five warships have been damaged and sunk in two days. Approximately six warships had managed to dock in Bhamo on September 3rd, and after delivering reinforcements and provisions, the KIA has been conducting further intercept attacks on the returning ships.
