Estrada Declines Plea to Graft, Plunder Charges

Senator Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada on Thursday declined to enter a plea to the graft and plunder charges against him before the Sandiganbayan Fifth Division. Estrada entered the courtroom walking with crutches following an injury to his right leg.
