Mr. Hyl Raya, the deputy provincial governor, led the joint forces in inspecting three suspicious locations within Serei Sophorn city, with the procedural cooperation of Mr. Muth Sambath, Deputy Prosecutor of the Provincial Court. As a result of the search, one location in Sophi village, Kompong Svay commune, Serei Sophorn city, was identified as the site of the criminal activity. A suspect named Sun Virak, 22 years old, was apprehended for managing and carrying out the fraudulent activities single-handedly. Confiscated evidence includes a desktop computer set (monitor, CPU, and keyboard).
