He also encouraged the company to contribute to enhancing human resource capacity building and increasing its technological expertise in Cambodia. HE Minister Peng Ponea expressed his admiration and high appreciation for the expert team of the Ministry and the Guangdong Hongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. for their diligent efforts and high commitment in cooperating and discussing to prepare this MOU. This partnership signifies Cambodia's commitment to infrastructure development and logistics efficiency, further deepening technological cooperation with China. The enhanced control of overloaded vehicles is a pressing issue for road infrastructure protection and traffic safety, making the adoption of advanced technologies highly anticipated.
