Coastal Uplifts Observed in Sarangani Post-Mindanao Quake
Following a massive earthquake in Mindanao, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) has observed coastal uplifts in Sarangani and Davao Occidental. Submerged coral reefs are now exposed, indicating significant changes to the coastal environment.
