The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has summoned Davao City 1st District Rep. Paolo “Pulong” Duterte to a conference to address allegations by a dismissed police officer claiming cash deliveries from former House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco. Duterte is expected to attend with legal counsel.
