Himi Persis Strengthens Cadre Training and Forms New Regional Leadership at 11th Muktamar

The Islamic student organization Himi Persis has grandly held its 11th Muktamar (Congress). This congress aims to further strengthen the training of future leaders (cadres) for the organization and, concurrently, to establish new regional leadership bodies. Himi Persis is one of the major organizations for Islamic youth in Indonesia. Its activities focus on education and social contribution based on religious values. This Muktamar served as a crucial opportunity to solidify the organization's foundation and to formulate strategies for nurturing leaders capable of addressing the challenges faced by Muslim youth in today's rapidly changing society. Specifically, strengthening cadre training is essential for developing the next generation of leadership and ensuring the organization's continuity and influence. Furthermore, the establishment of new regional leadership bodies aims to streamline the organization's operations across Indonesia and to respond meticulously to the needs of each region. This is intended to optimize organizational management, taking into account Indonesia's vast territory and diverse regional characteristics.
