Gunman Robs Bank of 1.54M Baht, Burns Car Before Escaping in Pathum Thani

Pathum Thani – Police in Pathum Thani are intensifying efforts to track down a gunman who staged a daring daylight robbery at a bank in Talad Thai, Khlong Luang, escaping with more than 1.54 million baht before torching his getaway vehicle. The Pathum Thani Provincial Police reports on Thursday (September 10th) at approximately 4:00 p.m. A gunman entered the bank, demanded money, and fled the scene with over 1.54 million baht in cash. He then set fire to his getaway car before disappearing. Authorities have launched an extensive manhunt and are appealing for public assistance in locating the suspect and the vehicle. The brazen nature of the crime, occurring in broad daylight, has caused concern among local residents. Police are reportedly dedicating significant resources to ensure a swift resolution to the case.
