Habitual Malpractice Led to Fatal Crane Collapse on Thai Express Train, Ministry Concludes

Thailand's Ministry of Transport has concluded that habitual safety malpractice caused the fatal gantry crane collapse on an express train in Nakhon Ratchasima in January, which killed 31 people. The investigation pointed to systemic negligence by multiple parties involved in the project undertaken by Italian-Thai Development Plc.
