The unified command of Tuol Kork district, Phnom Penh, conducted an administrative inspection on July 8, 2026, across 12 locations where foreigners reside. These included boreys (housing developments), hotels, condominiums, apartments, construction sites, shared housing buildings, guesthouses, and rental houses. The inspection identified a total of 44 foreign nationals staying in these areas, but no online scam-related offenses were detected.
