Quang Ngai Border Guard Receives Third-Class Feat of Arms Order

In Vietnam's central province of Quang Ngai, the Provincial Border Guard Command (Bộ đội Biên phòng tỉnh Quảng Ngãi) was awarded the Third-Class Feat of Arms Order (Huân chương Chiến công hạng Ba) on September 15.
