Comelec: Barangay, SK polls impossible if SC issues TRO on postponement
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) stated that holding the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections on November 2 would be impossible if the Supreme Court (SC) issues a temporary restraining order (TRO) on the postponement of the polls, making rescheduling extremely difficult.
