The workshop on reviewing, revising, and supplementing the curricula of the Disaster Management Training School was held Tuesday morning at the meeting hall of the Department of Disaster Management under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement. Union Minister Dr. Soe Win attended and delivered an address. In his opening remarks, the Union Minister stated that this workshop was organized because it is necessary to review, revise, and supplement the curricula currently being taught at the Disaster Management Training School in Hinthada. This is to ensure alignment with the state’s administrative systems, policies, and directives, as well as to keep pace with changing technologies, structural formations, and frameworks in the field of disaster management. The workshop will be held from July 7 to 8, it’s reported.
