Dela Rosa arrest: Philippine court first before ICC, says Lacson
Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson stated that if former Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa is arrested, he should first be brought before a Philippine court before any transfer to the International Criminal Court (ICC). This, Lacson explained, is to ensure dela Rosa can avail himself of legal remedies within the country.
