PLANS for the proposed Pax Silica innovation ecosystem in New Clark City are advancing through consultations between the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and the Capas, Tarlac local government, Malacañang said on Thursday. The BCDA outlined plans for the proposed hub to attract advanced industries and high-value investments while creating jobs and opportunities for local businesses. It also presented modern agriculture and livelihood initiatives intended to benefit residents and farmers in the area. The BCDA and Capas government agreed to hold joint activities and community consultations to provide updates and explain the project’s potential benefits. Palace Press Officer Clarissa A.
