A series of diverse industry events are being held across Vietnam, particularly in Ho Chi Minh City, reflecting the nation's ambition to foster domestic industrial development and enhance its international competitiveness. The food service market is projected to reach US$45.2 billion by 2031, positioning Vietnam as one of the world's most dynamic markets.
