Military Region 4 Assists Nghe An Residents After Whirlwind Damage, Sacrificing Holiday

A severe whirlwind and heavy rain on the evening of April 29 in Nghe An province, Central Vietnam, damaged numerous homes and infrastructure. In response, troops from Military Region 4 of the Vietnam People's Army swiftly deployed the next morning, sacrificing their South Liberation and National Reunification holiday to assist residents with recovery. The military provided aid for roof repairs, supplied materials, and cleared fallen trees, contributing to the rapid stabilization of affected communities.
