Honda has introduced the ADV160 Spiderman Edition, a scooter inspired by the popular character "Spiderman," exclusively for the Malaysian market. This limited edition model will be produced in a run of just 300 units and is priced at $3,500 USD. Each purchase comes with a 2-year or 20,000 km warranty, whichever comes first. The most distinctive feature of the Spiderman Edition is its exterior design, which predominantly uses red and blue, the signature colors of Spiderman's costume. This is complemented by spiderweb motifs and a stylized Spiderman logo. Furthermore, the fuel cap, body emblems, and ownership certificates will bear the special edition's serial number, and customers will also receive a special gift set. In terms of technical specifications, the ADV160 Spiderman Edition remains unchanged from the standard model. It is powered by a 156.9cc single-cylinder eSP+ engine with liquid cooling and electronic fuel injection. The engine produces a maximum power of 15.8 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 14.7 Nm at 6,500 rpm, with a belt-driven transmission. Safety features include single disc brakes on both wheels, a traction control system, and ABS. The suspension system comprises telescopic front forks and dual spring shock absorbers with adjustable preload. Other equipment includes a 5-inch LCD digital instrument panel that displays comprehensive vehicle information and supports Honda RoadSync for smartphone connectivity. The windscreen height is adjustable, and the under-seat storage compartment offers a capacity of 30 liters. The Honda ADV160 Spiderman Edition is scheduled to go on sale starting August 3rd.
