Shan and Ethnic Nationalities Democratic Party (Kyar Phu Party) opens Mandalay Region office

The opening ceremony for the Shan and Ethnic Nationalities Democratic Party (Kyar Phu Party) Mandalay Region office was held in Pagoda Ward, at the intersection of 51B Street and 122 Street, Dagon Township. "The Kyar Phu Party has been in the Mandalay Region for a year and a half. Although we had opened a Mandalay Region office before, we were unable to establish it permanently due to difficulties in securing a location, and it is only now that we have been able to open an office. We entered parliament with the intention of serving the public interest, and we are doing as much as we can outside of parliament for the public interest. Recently, we have been assisting the public with issues such as household registration, identification cards, and birth registration, which have caused difficulties for the people, and they have come to rely on us greatly. We are also receiving contacts and requests for assistance from various states and regions, including Shan State, and we are providing assistance," said U Nyo Zeyya, Chairman of the Mandalay Region. It is known that political parties such as the National Unity Party, the Farmers Party, the Wuntha Democracy Party, the Socio-Economic Development Party, the People's Pioneer Party, and the Democratic Forces Labor Party also attended the opening ceremony. The Kyar Phu Party is a party that has been participating in elections nationwide since this year, and has opened offices in 24 out of the 28 townships in the Mandalay Region. It is known that the Kyar Phu Party won 37 seats, placing third in the elections, with one representative in the Mandalay Region Parliament and three representatives in the Sagaing Region Parliament.
