Can South Korea Solve Southeast Asia's Nuclear Energy Dilemma?

Vietnam has long considered the introduction of nuclear power plants, but plans have proceeded cautiously due to economic burdens and security concerns. However, with recent energy supply pressures and the necessity for power generation that cannot be met solely by renewable energy, interest in nuclear power is resurfacing. South Korea may propose comprehensive cooperation with Southeast Asian countries, including Vietnam, encompassing the construction of nuclear power plants, technology transfer, and human resource development.
