Vietnam and Laos Strengthen Cooperation in Border Management and Human Resource Development

Quang Ninh province in northern Vietnam and three northern Lao provinces have reviewed the outcomes of their five-year cooperation program and outlined orientations for 2026-2030, focusing on enhanced border management and training for young officials.
