Top Vietnamese Leader Meets JBIC Governor, Boosts Cooperation in New Energy and Semiconductors

Vietnamese Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong met with Governor Glen Takahashi of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). They agreed to strengthen cooperation under the Asia Zero Emission Community (AZEC) and the POWERR Asia initiative, including strategic energy reserves, and advance collaboration in the semiconductor sector.
