
Sandiganbayan Denies House Arrest for Zaldy Co Co-Accused in Flood Control Scam
The Sandiganbayan has denied the request for house arrest of Juliet Calvo, a former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) official and co-accused of ex-lawmaker Zaldy Co in a flood control scam. Calvo, who suffered a stroke, was granted only 30 days of confinement at the Philippine Heart Center.
