Tropical Storm Gardo to Exit Philippine Area of Responsibility
Tropical Storm Gardo is expected to exit the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) by this afternoon after a brief stay, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). The storm entered PAR around 3 p.m. yesterday and is forecast to recurve towards Japan.
