Youth Claiming to be 'Son of Police' Prosecuted for Assault
A 19-year-old man in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, who claimed to be the 'son of the police' and allegedly committed assault, has been arrested and sent to court. The victim realized the perpetrator was not a law enforcement official through a widely circulated video.
