Cambodian People's Party Inaugurates New District Office, Emphasizing Unity

The Cambodian People's Party (CPP) has inaugurated a new party office in Trapeang Russei commune, Kampong Svay district, Kampong Thom province. The inauguration ceremony, held on July 25, 2026, was attended by Sus Yara, Deputy Head of the CPP's working group for Kampong Thom province and a Member of Parliament representing the province. He stated that the new office is a testament to the unity and solidarity among party members. Yara expressed his gratitude to all those involved in the construction of the office, noting that the facility will provide a more conducive environment for party officials to carry out their duties. He highlighted that the CPP is a long-standing party with a robust organizational structure, extending from the central level down to communes, villages, and neighborhoods, possessing ample experience and a record of significant achievements for the people and the nation. He further expressed his hope that the new office would instill greater confidence and facilitate the work of party members. He emphasized its crucial role in future party activities, particularly in disseminating the party's policies and achievements to garner support and encourage participation in elections. He urged each member to become a true voter. Additionally, he called on all party members and youth members to strengthen their roles and responsibilities and to actively promote the CPP's policies within their local communities. During the event, he reiterated that Cambodian leadership continues to utilize mechanisms for resolving the Cambodia-Thailand border issue in accordance with international law, urging the public to maintain their trust in the government led by Prime Minister Hun Manet.
