Thailand to Host Sports and Film Tourism Event: "Run Mun Kan Season 3"

The Thai government has announced the "RUN MUN KAN SEASON 3 : Kanchanaburi Movie Night Run 2026" to be held on July 27, 2026, as a new initiative to promote tourism by combining sports and film. This event is aimed at promoting health and revitalizing domestic tourism. The province is also recognized as a filming location for movies, notably those related to the "Death Railway" and the "Bridge on the River Kwai" from World War II.
