Phnom Penh District Authorities Applaud Humanitarian Support and Donations
Chin Bunthoeun, Governor of Phnom Penh's Russey Keo District and Chairman of the District Red Cross Branch, expressed deep gratitude to the Russey Keo Sub-District Clergy Council for their continuous support of the district's Red Cross activities. The donated goods will be distributed to the poor, disaster victims, especially fire victims, and military families facing financial hardship.
