Cambodia Offers Free Haircuts and Transport for Workers Ahead of Pchum Ben Festival
Cambodia's Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training provided free haircuts and styling to around 500 workers and informal economy participants in Phnom Penh ahead of the Pchum Ben festival. Additionally, 600 free buses will operate for workers returning home or to the city, following Prime Minister Hun Manet's directive.
