28 MMDA Flood Pumps Unserviceable, COA Reports

Twenty-eight out of 119 flood pumps managed by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) were found to be "unserviceable," either under repair, replacement, or rehabilitation, according to a report by the Commission on Audit (COA). This indicates that actual operational capacity is below expected performance levels.
