Three Arrested in Cambodia for Assault and Illegal Confinement
In Kandal Province, Cambodia, three individuals, including the deputy chief of Chroy Changvar district, have been arrested on charges of intentional assault and illegal confinement. The victim reportedly jumped into a river and died during the incident. The court has ordered their provisional detention for further investigation.
