カンボジア国家元首代理のサムデク・テチョ・フン・セン氏は今朝、バンテアイメンチェイ州スバイチェク地区スロール・クラムコミューンの一時避難所で難民と出会うためのフォーラムから、この避難所を「待機村」と名付けた。 Samdech Techoによれば、このような名称はカンボジアが不法に侵略・占領したタイ側から合法的領土を主張する権利を放棄したことを意味するものではない。
