Cambodia: Woman Detained Over Fatal Traffic Accident and Hit-and-Run
A Phnom Penh judge ordered the temporary detention of a woman on July 31st, accused of causing a fatal traffic accident and then fleeing the scene. She faces charges of vehicular manslaughter and hit-and-run.
