Vietnam Communist Party Vows to Strengthen, Rectify Party and Political System for New Era

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam has decided to promote the development of a resolution on strengthening and purifying the Party and political system comprehensively, in order to meet the demands of the country's development in a new era. This directive was issued as a conclusion notice by Party General Secretary and President To Lam. This decision is part of the ongoing efforts by the Communist Party of Vietnam to "build and reform the Party." Emphasis is placed on innovating the methods of propaganda and implementation of the 14th Party Congress resolutions, as well as advancing the construction and rectification of the Party and political system in the new phase. Strengthening the Party organization from the grassroots level, starting with Party branches, is also positioned as a key pillar. Vietnam continues to experience economic growth, while maintaining social stability and Party leadership remains a crucial challenge. Under the one-party system of the Communist Party, upholding Party discipline and preventing corruption are fundamental to gaining public trust and driving national development. The development of this resolution is believed to aim at enhancing the Party's legitimacy and effectiveness, considering the current domestic situation.
