Cambodia has called on the United Nations to implement stricter measures to resolve the ongoing border dispute with Thailand. A Cambodian diplomat emphasized peaceful resolution based on international law and called for strengthening the UN's role. The conflict has persisted for over a year, displacing more than 20,000 civilians.
