Cambodia's Supreme Court Upholds 2.5-Year Sentence for Former Candlelight Party Official

Cambodia's Supreme Court has upheld a 2.5-year prison sentence for Khum Chanvan, former acting president of the Candlelight Party in Phnom Penh, for forging supporter identification documents to stand for the 2023 commune council elections. The court dismissed his appeal.
