PNP Backs Lowering Minimum Age of Criminal Responsibility to 12

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has expressed support for lowering the minimum age of criminal responsibility from the current 15 to 12 years old. This comes as a bill seeking the reduction has been revived following a school shooting incident allegedly involving 14 and 15-year-old students.
