Ratanakiri Governor Nhem Samoeun has strongly urged citizens to collectively protect forests and wildlife and to plant trees. The initiative aims to achieve 60% forest coverage and establish carbon-neutral communities by 2050. This call was made during the commemoration of 'Forest Day' on July 9th.
