Cambodia Cracks Down on Illegal Fishing in Mekong River Basin, Seizing 11 Nets and 210 Meters of Mesh
Authorities in Cambodia's Kampong Cham province have conducted a crackdown on illegal fishing activities along the Mekong River. The operation, in collaboration with local officials, resulted in the destruction of 11 illegal fishing devices, 210 meters of mesh netting, and 120 stakes, with 6 kilograms of juvenile fish released.
