COA flags DA for undistributed agri aid for Kristine victims
The Commission on Audit (COA) has flagged the Department of Agriculture (DA) for its Bicol regional office's delay in distributing agricultural aid to farmers affected by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine and other typhoons. COA noted the delays contradict the purpose of the Quick Response Fund (QRF) for immediate disaster assistance.
