16 Iloilo LGUs Suspend Classes Amid Intensifying Habagat Rains

In the Philippines' Panay Island, 16 local government units in Iloilo province have suspended face-to-face classes due to persistent heavy rains from the southwest monsoon (Habagat), which have triggered widespread flooding concerns. Automatic class suspensions were also implemented in some areas based on weather bureau warnings.
