Married Couple Remanded in Custody Over Kidnapping and Murder of 5-Year-Old Girl in Kandal
A married couple has been detained in Kandal province for the kidnapping and murder of a 5-year-old girl. The suspects, who were relatives of the victim, demanded a $10,000 ransom before the child was found dead.
