Cambodia Police Arrest Over 400 Suspects in July Crackdown on Gangs and Gambling
Cambodia's Ministry of Interior reported that over 400 individuals were arrested in July for alleged involvement in youth gangs and gambling activities nationwide. The crackdown resulted in 314 arrests for gang-related offenses and 95 for gambling, with legal proceedings underway. Operations were concentrated in the capital Phnom Penh and 12 other provinces.
