Siem Reap, Cambodia – September 12, 2026 – Prak Sophoan, Governor of Siem Reap Province, held a courtesy meeting with Min Aung Hlaing, President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, at the Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Hotel. The visit was part of President Min Aung Hlaing's state visit to Siem Reap. Governor Prak Sophoan, on behalf of the Provincial Council, the Provincial Administration, the armed forces, and the people of Siem Reap Province, extended a most cordial welcome to President Min Aung Hlaing and his delegation. He expressed gratitude for their valuable time spent visiting Siem Reap, a land of culture and history in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
