The Trust Regulator (TR) of Cambodia organized the ‘Trust Forum 2026’ on August 4 at the Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel, centered on the theme, “Trust in the Dynamics of Stakeholder Systems… The forum reviewed the progress and achievements within the trust sector over the past five years. During this period, the TR has strived to establish a supervisory and regulatory framework for the trust sector, enhancing market transparency and investor protection. The forum shared concrete outcomes resulting from these efforts. Furthermore, discussions were held on strategies for continuous improvement of the regulatory framework, diversification of trust products, and promotion of healthy market growth.
